I currently do not accept insurance. The payment above is due at the time of your session. I accept all major credit/debit cards as well as a Health Savings Account (HSA) or Flexible Spending Account (FSA) cards for payment. If you would like a statement to submit to your insurance company to request reimbursement for your out-of-network benefits, please ask.

Cancellation Policy: If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, please do so 24-hours or more prior to your appointment. If less than 24-hour notice is given or if you do not show up to your appointment, you will be charged the full cost of the session.
